Closing the gap

In a rapidly changing world and market, it is extremely important to keep moving (read: to keep developing). As soon as you stand still, you will not grow (further) with your company and you will eventually be overtaken by your competitors. And not just a little bit. Your competitors, who do continue to develop, will pass you at a rapid pace. You don't want that of course. Logical!

This gap represents the difference between your current performance and your potential performance.
